AJ brings a wealth of experience in senior marketing and sales positions and has a unique perspective on what owners and property managers want (and more importantly, what they need) as he has owned and managed apartment buildings for over a decade and has served on several condominium boards.
It's no secret that the way people communicate is changing – people demand instant responses and real time access to information. AJ believes that by leveraging the latest technologies combined with a brilliant team of the right people in the right roles, Mayfield will continue to exceed the expectations of our customers for many years to come.
He never waivers from providing the highest level of service, working from a place of integrity, and building the company based on long term relationships.
Outside of the office, AJ enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures and volunteering around the world with his wife Mary Jo.
Edith is the Founder of MMG and current Managing Broker. Since it's inception February 14, 1991, the company has taken on her strong values in leadership, serving others, and strength in teamwork.
It's these values that have built the foundation for MMG and it's reputation as a company that treats others the way they'd like to be treated.
Edith believes the level of service and the fact that the clients, tenants and all stakeholders are listened to and valued are what set the company apart. This goes without saying, the committed team that has been built over the years, bring a skill set and camaraderie that people welcome in an ever changing, automated world.
The team is proud of their ability to make progress and get things done while always showing others respect and making sure all parties involved are supportive as possible of the outcome.
Away from the office you will find Edith enjoying the multitude of wonders that nature offers.
Dianna has been a staple to the Mayfield Management Group since her involvement in the family business in 1996. She's successfully taken on many roles in the company starting out as a file clerk in the early days, and now is the Associate Broker and "virtual encyclopedia" for the firm on topics including but not limited to: all aspects of the accounting department, payroll processing, the facilitation and completion of audits and monthly reporting of the firm's multi-family, condominium and rental pool clients, and the IT infrastructure for the company.
On behalf of MMG and our clients, Dianna works in conjunction with all leading Canadian lenders, financial institutions, and related industry professionals.
During her career with MMG, Dianna has witnessed the marketplace ups and downs and the direct impact on clients, tenants, vendors and industry operations. Her compassion to serve, support and willingness to lead is what has helped shape the company you see today.
If you ask her, she would tell you MMG's strength is in teamwork, and the team's personal and professional convictions.
Away from the office, Dianna can be found spending time with her husband in the mountains, on nature excursions, drag racing, swimming, biking, sketching, painting, playing or writing music, or generously supporting one of the many causes close to her heart.
Theresa is a very dedicated team member, she's been with MMG since 2003, most recently moving into an executive role as Director of Operational Excellence. She oversees the continued evolution of MMG with the implementation of new software, technologies and systems to make processes more efficient not only for MMG but all stakeholders. There's a major shift to making processes paperless and more user friendly for everyone involved.
Theresa continues to focus on learning and growing and believes that MMG's biggest super power is their vast experience in many different assets of property management with a strong focus on exceeding all of our customer's expectations.
Outside the office, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and can be found on the golf course or ball field in the summer months.
Christine is a goal-oriented member of the Mayfield family since August 2000 who has recently been appointed as the Maintenance Manager to head-up the Maintenance Department and will be overseeing the team of maintenance technicians.
As Christine transitions from her previous role as the Accounts Payable Manager, she will continue to work closely with the service providers she has built a long-standing relationship with over the past 17 years.
She says what makes her job so interesting is that no two days have been the same over the past seventeen years. Additionally, Christine offers her experience as a former Owner/Operator of a property management company, as well as working in many different aspects of the business operations.
Christine believes there's no limit to what new experience she may gain and approaches each challenge with an open mind and reflects on how to incorporate the situation with control and order in the interest of each property.
What keeps Christine committed to MMG, is the great team with high values and determination to be the best. There is exceptional employee retention at MMG, allowing for a great working relationship that reflects on the service provided to MMG customers from all aspects.
Away from the office Christine enjoys being active, politics (national & international), travelling, setting self-challenges and goals.
Eren is a Licensed Property Manager and works in the Accounts Receivable Department for MMG. He administers leasing, processing of rental applications, occupancy data, Security Deposit Returns and collections.
Eren is a part of the thorough screening process for new tenants to set all stakeholders up for success. He's proud of the fact that MMG has a track record of retaining customers and they're always open to new opportunities. MMG strives to provide superior customer service to our owners, boards and tenants.
Eren says workplace longevity is one of MMG's strong traits – he has been with the group for over a decade. They employ dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and the open lines of communication within the organization enhance the ability to focus on meeting the objectives of our owners and boards and the needs of our tenants.
Outside of work Eren enjoys spending time with his son Ege Berk, and keeping up with world events and politics.
Wanda has been our Director of Property Management since May of 2017, overseeing a field team of over 50 site managers that manage over 4000 doors. She plays an essential role in our client's success for whom we provide value-based service offerings with the goal of providing the best client experience, while supporting operational effectiveness. She believes that it is important to remember that we are in the business of providing homes to those that choose to rent with MMG and that our residents are the very reason we are able to do what we do everyday.
Wanda has over 15 years of experience in the residential property management industry. She is a member of The Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) through which she holds her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. She is also a licensed real estate associate through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and is currently working to complete the Brokers course.
Wanda believes that MMG is innovative, forward thinking and values based and will use these business characteristics to take the third-party property management industry to a whole new level by introducing technology and educating their field team through industry affiliations.
Wanda is a very proud mother of one son with whom she shares a love of sports, particularly football. She loves to garden, read mystery novels, and spend time with family and friends.
Diane is our newest member to join the senior management team. She oversees the Condominium Department in her role as Director of Condominium Management. She will aid in exploring new opportunities and guide her team of condo managers as they continue to provide excellence and quality in service. As part of the senior leadership team, Diane provides strategic leadership, operational direction and aids in the growth of the condominium portfolio and team. Diane will be responsible for working with Condominium Boards to fulfill all third-party property management responsibilities.
Diane brings with her, 25 years of experience in the property management industry. She holds her Real Estate Broker License and Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation.
Diane believes the difference between MMG and other Property Management company's lies within MMG's energy. You can 'feel' the energy, tireless striving, and achieving of the company's core values, vision, and mission. She strongly believes that MMG's future plans and passion for growth are greatly needed in this industry.
In Diane's free time she enjoys landscaping, working in her yard, and sitting back to enjoy the fruits of her labour. She loves going for walks and truly loves everything that nature and the outdoors bring with it. Diane has two great nephews that are the joy of her life.
